What we store. Your name, email, phone number, postcode, and password (never in plain text, only a scrambled version nobody, including us, can read back). If you post a job: the job details, your address, and any access information you choose to give. If you're a cleaner: your profile, areas covered, and your history of jobs and ratings.

Who sees your address. Nobody, until you accept an offer on your job. Before that, cleaners only see the general postcode area. Once you accept an offer, the exact address and access details go to that cleaner only, so they can attend the job.

Messages. Kept attached to the job they relate to, so we can help if there's a dispute or a report. We don't read them unless we have to investigate something reported to us.

Email. Used to verify your account, tell you about offers, messages and bookings, and reply if you contact us. We don't sell or share it with anyone else.

Deleting your account. Email [email protected] and we'll remove your account and personal details, keeping only what we're required to for a short period (like a record of a completed job, in case of a dispute).
